The event aims to offer positive encouragement to the competitors and give constructive criticism on the performances presented on the day. All participants are awarded a Certificate and winners will receive a medal. Winners will also receive a cash prize.
Participants will compete in the following sections
1. Monologue (less than 5 minutes)
2. A scene involving 2 or more people (less than 7 minutes)
3. Group Improvisation – groups of three or 4, with a topic assigned on the day
4. Sight Reading
5. Singing – solo
6. Singing – groups of 2 or more
