The year is 1982. Ronald Reagan is President, and three young adults find themselves struggling with political disillusionment, romantic complexities, and the search for their own identities over forty-eight hours in New York. Nineteen-year-old Warren Straub, kicked out of home, steals fifteen thousand dollars from his abusive father; at his wit’s ends, he turns to his fast-talking friend Dennis Ziegler for help.
