Set in 1912, THE MUSIC MAN follows the charismatic, fast-talking travelling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the townsfolk of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a kids’ band that he vows to ‘organise’. Harold’s plans to skip town with the cash go awry when he finds himself unexpectedly falling for the no-nonsense town librarian, Marian Paroo, who is one of the few in town who suspects Harold is not all who he claims to be…

Winning five awards at the 1958 Tony Awards (including Best Musical, beating WESTSIDE STORY) and featuring signature songs such as ‘Seventy-Six Trombones’, ‘Till There Was You’, and ‘Ya Got Trouble’, THE MUSIC MAN is a joyous journey back to the Golden Age of Broadway that has been beloved by audiences of all ages over the decades.
