Based on the hit 2003 film, School of Rock follows Dewey Finn, an out-of-work guitarist and eternal dreamer who poses as a substitute teacher at the prestigious Horace Green School. Expecting an easy pay cheque, Dewey instead discovers that his straight-laced students possess hidden musical talent. Inspired by their potential, he secretly transforms the class into a rock band, determined to lead them to glory in the Battle of the Bands.

As rehearsals unfold behind classroom doors, the students begin to find confidence, friendship and their own voices, while Dewey learns unexpected lessons about responsibility and belonging. But with the formidable principal Rosalie Mullins, suspicious parents and Dewey’s deception closing in, can the band make it to the stage before the truth comes out?
