SA LIGHT OPERA brings you a return season of Lerner and Loewe’s award-winning story of a flower girl transformed into an elegant lady – widely considered one of the greatest musicals of all time.

MY FAIR LADY tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a young Cockney flower seller, and Henry Higgins, a linguistics professor who is determined to transform her into his idea of a “proper lady”. But who is really being transformed?

The cast and crew are mostly from our April production with a few updates here and there, bringing back to the Tower Arts Centre an endearing tale that charms with its warmth and memorable characters, and familiar score including: Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?, With a Little Bit of Luck, Rain in Spain, I Could Have Danced All Night, On the Street Where You Live and Get Me to the Church on Time.
