What has April shown us? Well so far it has brought lots of old photos out of dusty boxes, websites being upgraded/ attended to and lots of people catching up via a screen. We have also experienced some live streams and some of our theatres turning on some of their lights to host these virtual events.
This has been great to see, but I’m sure it will also spark some new ideas for companies over the next couple of months or when theatre reopen.

On the cover this month we have Matt Byrne and Andrew Russo from the Centre Stage Shedley show and the first Encore. I chose to put the Encore on here as this year is the 35th volume for the magazine, and I’m sure it wasn’t expecting to experience a change to theatre as we are now experiencing.
