The majority of membership renewals have been despatched to those members whose membership has expired. If you haven’t received one it is probably because you fall within the range of memberships which have to be brought into line gradually.

The Committee felt it was time again, to hold a QUIZ NIGHT. It was decided that we should hold one on each side of the city and so the first is taking place at the home of Galleon Theatre Group. Galleon have graciously undertaken to pay the hiring fee for the evening. If anybody knows of a suitable venue on the northern side side of town we would be pleased to hear from you.

The Insurance Scheme is still available. Advice from the broker is that the policy will be renewed for the coming year. Any groups who wish to avail themselves of the cover can do so at any time. The pro rata premium will come into effect for any groups joining on either side of the policy expiration date. For those who can’t remember the details of the policy and would like their memories refreshed, just drop us a line or call. The policy is with ZURICH. Some of the member groups are moving around using different venues; it may pay you to check for Public Liability cover. Our policy covers the group at any venue.
