SUMMARY:Ain’t We Got Fun

It is full of the frenzied dancing\, crazy singing and relentless pursuit of pleasure that defined the Roaring Twenties\, but behind the façade of foolish flappers and shady gangsters are people with hopes and dreams.\nAs the Speakeasy patrons\, the audience becomes part of the story and can experience a tiny slice of a fantastic period of history – “the war is over – time to cut a rug”.\n\n\n\nCo-Directed\nThis show is being co-directed by Sue Oldknow and Michelle Maclean.\n\n\n\n\nRoles\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRole Name\nGender\nStage Age\nRole Information\nRange\n\n\nBabyface Balconi\nMale\n50s-60s\nMajor Role. DESCRIPTION:Written By: Ed Monk\nAlicia Zorkovic & Michelle Nightingale (Directors) \n“Cut” by Ed Monk\nA group of actors rehearses a play within a play within a play. As the plot complications multiply\, the actors begin to forget who is playing whom and who is the real director — as opposed to the actor who is playing the director\, or vice versa. Then they can’t seem to remember who they really are\, as opposed to the people they are playing in any of the various scripts. Then things start to get confusing… \nPLUS \n“All I Really Need to Know I Learned From Being a Zombie” by Jason Pizzarello\nIn today’s chaotic\, challenging world\, we often don’t know where to turn for help. Little did we know that life’s most valuable lessons lie within the undead. Finally\, zombies engage us with musings on life\, death\, and everything in between. They show us that brains aren’t everything…you are what you eat…and what doesn’t kill you makes you…more alive. \nAll actors to be aged 10-21 \n\n\n\nRole Name\nGender\nStage Age\nRole Information\n\n\nZombie\nUndefined\nAny\nVarious roles\n\n\nCut\nUndefined\nAny\nVarious roles\n\n\n\n
