This high-energy musical follows Dewey Finn, a down-on-his-luck, wannabe rock star who lands himself a gig as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school… under false pretences. What starts as a quick way to make some cash soon becomes something much bigger, as Dewey transforms a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. But with Battle of the Bands on the horizon, can Dewey and his students pull off the ultimate performance without their parents – or the school’s strict headmistress – finding out?
