SUMMARY:AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE
DESCRIPTION:Written By: Adapted from Ibsen’s 1882 masterpiece by Melissa Reeves \nCreative Team: Erik Strauts \n\nDr. Katherine Stockman lives in a tight-knit rural community – she’s woven into the town’s fabric and is viewed as a local hero after advocating for the popular local baths. One day she makes a disturbing discovery: the spa water for which the town is famed is severely polluted. The baths attract visitors and are central to the community’s prosperity\, but this prosperity has been built on poison and the truth must be told. Katherine believes it is her duty to alert the public. However\, this decision quickly backfires. To her horror\, people refuse to believe that there is a problem and argue that the economic well-being of the community must come first. What does she do? Does she fight for the truth if it means the loss of income\, family\, community\, identity? Stockmann’s struggle unfolds as a powerful indictment of the hypocrisy that often surrounds public sentiment.\nThe play is set in Australia. The time is now. \n\nInformation Session: \n\nAudition Information: https://www.trybooking.com/DFAIP \n\n\n\nAudition Information #:1\n\n\nDate:\n28/09/2025\n\n\nTime From – Time to:\n13:00 – 16:00\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nCharacter Descriptions #:1\n\n\nRole Name:\nPeter\n\n\nGender:\nMale\n\n\nStage Age:\n40\n\n\nRole Information:\nPeter (on 40%). SUMMARY:I Wonder
DESCRIPTION:The hit science musical returns to Adelaide! \nWhen Phoebe’s house is flooded during a storm\, her parents take her to stay with her distant Uncle Linus in his rickety 200-year-old manor. SUMMARY:Pomona
DESCRIPTION:Written By: Alistair McDowall \nCreative Team: Directed by Thomas Midena \n\nWhat darkness lurks at the heart of the city? \nOllie is searching for her sister\, and all roads lead to Pomona: an abandoned concrete island at the heart of the city. But as others have learned the hard way\, getting involved can cost you everything. Perhaps to survive\, it’s better to ignore the truth. \nPomona is a dark\, intense and curious one act play about living in the modern world. It unfolds like a puzzle\, flirts with the fantastical\, and twists like a nightmare. \nThe play was first performed in London in 2014. This will be its South Australian premiere. \n\nInformation Session: \n\nAudition Information: http://www.trybooking.com/DEDNJ \n\n\n\nAudition Information #:1\n\n\nDate:\n11/10/2025\n\n\nTime From – Time to:\n9:00 – 18:00\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nCharacter Descriptions #:1\n\n\nRole Name:\nCharlie\n\n\nGender:\nMale\n\n\nStage Age:\n20s\n\n\nRole Information:\nA sweet and naive young security guard.
