SUMMARY:Family Matters
DESCRIPTION:Mornings in the Taylor household are anything but calm. Five kids\, one overwhelmed mum\, a runaway guinea pig\, forgotten homework\, missing lunchboxes… and that’s just before 9am.\nBut when elderly parents\, long-held secrets\, and shifting loyalties enter the mix\, the chaos becomes more than just domestic comedy. Beneath the sharp one-liners and everyday disasters lies a heartfelt story about responsibility\, growing up\, letting go\, and what it really means to be family.\nFunny\, fast-paced\, and painfully relatable\, Family Matters is a warm and witty look at modern family life — from teenage eye-rolls to ageing parents who suddenly need parenting of their own. \nYou’ll laugh. You’ll wince. You’ll definitely recognise someone. \nDon’t miss this honest and hilarious new production.

SUMMARY:Spamalot
DESCRIPTION:Spamalot is a wildly funny musical based on the film “Monty Python and\nthe Holy Grail.” King Arthur and his coconut-clapping sidekick Patsy\nembark on a quest to recruit the bravest—and quirkiest—knights for\nCamelot.\nTogether\, they face ludicrous obstacles including insulting Frenchmen\,\nthe outrageous Knights Who Say Ni\, and not-so-damsels-in-distress\, led\nby the diva Lady of the Lake. God commands Arthur to find the Holy Grail\, \nsending the group on a riotous adventure filled with clever parody\, toe-\ntapping musical numbers\, and relentless silliness. \nBreaking the fourth wall\, Spamalot lovingly mocks musical theatre\nconventions\, inviting the audience into the chaos and ending with a\njubilant search for the Grail in the unlikeliest of places.

SUMMARY:The Taming of the Shrew
DESCRIPTION:In this sharp reimagining\, Paradise is a powerhouse record label and the battlefield is the charts.\nBianca is the next global pop export\, polished and playlist-ready – but her outspoken sister Kate\, a rock chick who won’t soften her edges\, stands in the way.\nEnter Petruchio: part entrepreneur\, part opportunist\, determined to “woo” and rebrand the label’s most “untameable” artist. \nFast\, funny\, and theatrical\, with Shakespeare’s original language colliding against today’s music industry\, this Shrew asks: is Kate being tamed\, or is she playing the game better than them all? In an industry built on image\, who really gets the final cut?

SUMMARY:Key For Two
DESCRIPTION:Key for Two is a fast-paced farce full of plenty of laughs\, and we’re excited to bring this production to Adelaide audiences. \nHarriet is a divorcee who lives in an expensive Regency flat in the UK seaside city of Brighton. She is fact a ”kept woman” who has two lovers\, both married men\, who spend the night in her bed once a week on different days of the week. They are kept in order by the threat of the wrath of Harriet’s fictional wowser mother. \nThese men\, unknown to each other\, pay all of Harriet’s expenses. This idyllic situation has been going on for three years with Alec\, the fishing trawler owner from the north of England and advertising guru Gordon who keeps chickens in his back yard. \nSo Harriet is well supplied with fish and eggs.\nThen enters Harriet’s friend Anne\, on the run from her drunken New Zealand husband Richard and from then on things start to unravel\, a twisted ankle leaves Gordon housebound\, then sundry wives and husbands turn up unannounced so Harriet and Anne quite brilliantly\, lie their way through the morass with smiles\, quick wits and a disarmingly honest tone to their voices.
